MODEL
Inflection HR’s full service Professional Employer Organization
(PEO) model enables you to cost-effectively outsource the
management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll
and workers' compensation.
In the PEO Model, we contractually enter into a co-employment
relationship bringing your employees under our federal tax
ID number to more efficiently manage your human resources
using a single, integrated platform and suite of resources.
BPO
MODEL
The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model is centered on
the principles of flexibility and customization. The BPO model
begins with the OnePay Payroll Solution and can be further
customized and enhanced to fit your company’s unique
business needs.
Unlike the PEO, Inflection HR will process wages and file
payroll taxes under your own FEIN. Employee Benefits and Workers’
Compensation are procured and administered on your behalf
as opposed to being merged into a single large group via the
PEO model.
The Business Process Outsourcing model takes advantage of
your unique needs giving you the power to choose the services
you need the most.
ASP
MODEL
Inflection HR Application Services Process (ASP) Model is
a technology-based HR management solution. We provide the
Inflection HR workforce portal, powered by the award-winning
UltiPro Workforce Management Software on a per-employee basis
and drive its implementation based upon your company’s
needs.
The ASP model gives your company access to the richest HR,
benefits, and payroll functionality with complete control
over your payroll schedule. Like our other services; the ASP
model is a hosted service model.
