How
do I get access to the Portal?
All worksite employee are granted
access to the portal shortly after their new hire orientation.
Access will be available prior to your first scheduled check
date.

What is my username or password?
Your username is your last name first initial (e.g. smithj) your default password is your date of birth entered in the following format MMDDYYYY (e.g. 12012007)

forgot my username and password, how can I reset them?
To reset your password send an
email to info@inflectiononline.com include your first name
and last name. We will reset your password to the default
setting within 24 hours of reciept of your request.
I need a copy of a paystub or my W2, can I access these items through the portal?
Yes, these items are available to all users through the portal. To access a pay stub, login to the portal, select the Myself divider, then select the pay link.
To access your w2, login to the portal, select the Myself divider, then the pay link, then select the w2 tab.

I need to access the EAP, can I do so through the portal?
Yes, all of the EAP's resouces are made available to you through the IHR Workforce portal, once you are logged in, select the MY EAP divider to access the EAP.
