COVID-19 has changed the world in countless ways, with employers and business owners being on the front end of challenges presented by the pandemic. We have put together these COVID-19 resources so that employers can minimize the burden brought on by COVID-19.

The following are some federal resources to help employers manage COVID when it comes to their business.


Center for Disease Control (CDC) Resources

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the CDC has issued the following guides to help employers manage COVID-19:

The CDC has also compiled a list of Phone Numbers for State and Local Health Departments. Keep up to date on CDC guidance for specific industries, latest updates, and resources on the CDC COVID-19 Resources main page.

 

Department of Labor (DOL) Resources

Similar to the CDC, employers can also access the DOL COVID-19 resources page for more information on the pandemic and workplace management when it comes to COVID.

The DOL’s Wage and Hour Division has also posted these posters and guidance in regards to COVID-19:

 

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Resources

The EEOC has created a landing page entitled What You Should Know About the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and COVID-19, which provides links to resources and guidance.

Employers can find EEOC Coronavirus resources on topics such as anti-discrimination laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, and more. 

 

Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Resources

Employers may also check out the Health and Human Services bulletin regarding HIPAA Privacy and COVID-19.

 

Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Resources

OSHA is one of the best places for employers to go to find information on COVID-19 management. Employers can find the OSHA COVID Resources page, and all information regarding workplace safety in the context of COVID.
