Important Payroll Tax Deferral Information

The following forms are what you need to either defer employer payroll tax under the CARES Act or gain tax credits for FFCRA.

Form 7200

This form is for companies that want to receive a credit back from the government immediately rather than wait for Quarter End and have already reduced their FFCRA credits down to zero.
